Camp Settlers at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation

This year, we will be going to the Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation June 24 - June 30, 2012. Hawk Mountain is located in PA., west of Strousburg. The week of June 24 is the first week after school ends.

There is a first year program for new scouts, a COPE program for older scouts and merit badges for all.




May 17st: We will hold our parent's (w/Scout) meeting during the workshop meeting. We will be communicating information about camp and reviewing each Scout's Merit Badge choices. Final payments are due.

  • First Year Scouts: - The New Scout Program is for you. This is an all day program. There will be work on rank requirements and 3 Merit Badges including Swimming Merit Badge. See special equipment needs below.
  • Other Scouts: Please see the Merit Badge schedule below. Individual schedules will be reviewed at the 5/17/12 Workshop meeting. Please bring a copy of the MB schedule with your choices circled (or to get help at the meeting).
